We act as a third-party travel service provider, assisting customers with ticket bookings, modifications, and cancellations. We charge a service fee for our assistance.


1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

  • All refunds are subject to the airline’s fare rules and policies
  • Refund eligibility depends on ticket type (refundable / non-refundable)
  • Refunds will only be processed after approval from the airline or travel provider

2. SERVICE FEES

  • Our service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • These fees are charged for the work and support provided by our team

3. CANCELLATION REFUNDS

  • If your ticket is eligible for cancellation:
